Our stay at Domes Noruz was absolutely exceptional. This hotel is truly amazing, with immaculate cleanliness throughout the property. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows provided us with a perfect night's sleep. The pool area is stunning, and the beach is pristine with crystal-clear waters. We thoroughly enjoyed our time by the poolside and on the clean beach. The staff at Domes Noruz were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. Katrina, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. She warmly welcomed us and continuously checked in to ensure our needs were met. The relationship manager, Mrs. Artemis, is an absolute delight. Her professionalism, assistance, and exceptional friendliness made us feel like valued guests. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and places to visit. Her willingness to assist us with any matter was truly commendable. The outstanding staff at Domes Noruz made us feel like a part of their family, and we cherished every second of our stay at this remarkable hotel. Without a doubt, it is their exceptional service that sets this hotel apart. Overall, review and experience are very good. Location of this hotel is just perfect for couples who are seeking serenity to be closer to the town and closer to the night/ beach clubs.But keep on mind that when will be summer season serenity can been replaced with loud house music in one point which will come from the same clubs. Internet is ok(keep in mind we visit this hotel in the beginning of the season) Food choice it was with very good variety, but very little the F&B staff knew about the safety of the food on the buffet .(no sneeze gard) special on bread,fruts, and sweet section Mini bar in room was ok (but not restocked) every day. Love the fact that room division comes to ask about any additional towels and offers a bottle of water. Guest service relation was ok.(improving on English) I love the fact that we were upgraded to suite. Bar location was very good.(Need more training on international beverage bar Menu) Cleanliness was spot on everywhere. Pool perfect location together with all garden plants around.

Beach and facilities very good, staff was very helpful and sincere not as a performance. The design is very open and modern, and will improve as we were told the renovation will start next week.

This has been our second trip to Domes Noruz. We love it there. Facility is quiet and peaceful. Beach and the service there is terrific. Apparently the bartender is very talented as he/she prepared us pretty good cocktails. Food (breakfast and dinner ) was exceptional. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. We even had a problem about the room and remarked that on the survey hotel sent us. Short after, the hotel manager called me and sorted our problem out. She was so kind and they upgraded our room. I assure you that you’ll have a great holiday in Domes Noruz Kassandra.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary, they sent us Champaign and a cake to our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the experience to the maximum.

Hotel has very good location, nice beach area and a great pool. Staff were very young, responsive and supportive. We really liked variety offered for breakfast, probably we gained weight during holidays :) We wanted to leave hotel later than checkout time, staff arranged it perfectly for us so we could spend the day there.

Domes Noruz Kassandra is pure aesthetics. This applies to everything the hotel is: nature, location, architecture, interior design, staff uniforms, staff, their service, food, recreation, entertainment... everything! Domes Noruz is truly a life concept. Everything is personalized, the staff gives you the impression that you are the only guest in the hotel. The most pleasant smiles in the world are on the faces of all employees. All you hear is 'enjoy'! The welcome, the smile of Dimitra and others, while checking in you are drinking a cocktail, fashionable guys have already taken your luggage to your room. Rooms, very comfortable and stylish. Perfect natural bathroom kit. The food is so sophisticated. Pool aria minimalist deckchairs of incredible comfort, the pool continues the peaceful horizontal that dominates. Lobby area pleasant white, designed pottery, furniture made of natural materials. The space flow from the closed part slowly opens to the lobby, which opens to the area around the pool and calmly descends to the beach with turquoise sea and gentle small sand. Outdoor space for sports, clean aesthetics again. Morning yoga or pilates or whatever you want in the soft shade with the sound of the sea with teacher Ioly. Perfect guest relations manager Ioly. Domes Noruz Kassandra is everything you need for enjoying holiday. People of Domes, architecture, design, nature, food, service... everything! Bravo🥰
