Our stay at Domes Noruz was absolutely exceptional. This hotel is truly amazing, with immaculate cleanliness throughout the property. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows provided us with a perfect night's sleep. The pool area is stunning, and the beach is pristine with crystal-clear waters. We thoroughly enjoyed our time by the poolside and on the clean beach. The staff at Domes Noruz were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. Katrina, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. She warmly welcomed us and continuously checked in to ensure our needs were met. The relationship manager, Mrs. Artemis, is an absolute delight. Her professionalism, assistance, and exceptional friendliness made us feel like valued guests. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and places to visit. Her willingness to assist us with any matter was truly commendable. The outstanding staff at Domes Noruz made us feel like a part of their family, and we cherished every second of our stay at this remarkable hotel. Without a doubt, it is their exceptional service that sets this hotel apart. We would not hesitate to return to Domes Noruz in the future, solely for the opportunity to be taken care of by such an amazing staff. An Unforgettable Holiday – Pure Relaxation and Genuine Hospitality Our stay at this hotel is without a doubt one of the most memorable vacation experiences we've ever had. Right from the moment we arrived, we felt what truly sets this place apart: *“Relax, you’re on holiday.”* – and that’s exactly what we experienced from the very first minute. We arrived by car and were warmly greeted by a friendly porter responsible for the spacious, secure parking area. Shortly afterward, two extremely welcoming staff members, who were already expecting us, took over. One of them handled our car and luggage, while the other guided us directly to the stylishly designed lounge. There, we were offered a refreshing welcome drink and chilled, moist towels – a very thoughtful gesture after the journey. While we relaxed, our passports were taken care of, the check-in was completed entirely for us (including a complimentary upgrade to an even more beautiful room), the car was parked, and our luggage brought to the room. We were then personally escorted there – a welcome just the way it should be. What truly made this stay exceptional was the team. Never before have we encountered so many sincere, warm-hearted, and dedicated staff members. We wish we had remembered every single name – that's how much we appreciated the personal, genuine, and absolutely authentic service. No wish went unfulfilled. Everyone was enthusiastic, helpful, attentive, and consistently friendly. We never once felt like “just guests” – we always felt genuinely welcome. One example of this outstanding hospitality: during breakfast, one of the coffee machines suddenly broke down. The team responded immediately – although it's usually self-service, staff started bringing coffee directly to the tables. A small detail perhaps, but moments like these make all the difference. Sadly, there are always people who complain even in such situations – but that says more about them than it does about the hotel.

Sapcious room. Highly lighted room (sun, lamps). Very comfortable beds. Excellent location in Chanioti, just near the beach. Superb breakfast!, very good buffet dinner. Excellent facilities - pools, sun beds and umbrellas, pool towels, outdoor gym, private beach, daily music at evening, daily pilates class (for 10 Euros). Facility is cleaned all over on a daily basis.

Beach and facilities very good, staff was very helpful and sincere not as a performance. The design is very open and modern, and will improve as we were told the renovation will start next week.

This has been our second trip to Domes Noruz. We love it there. Facility is quiet and peaceful. Beach and the service there is terrific. Apparently the bartender is very talented as he/she prepared us pretty good cocktails. Food (breakfast and dinner ) was exceptional. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. We even had a problem about the room and remarked that on the survey hotel sent us. Short after, the hotel manager called me and sorted our problem out. She was so kind and they upgraded our room. I assure you that you’ll have a great holiday in Domes Noruz Kassandra.
